The ALIPS is powered by 2 650mah rechargeable batteries, produces lots of vapour, ensuring a great throat hit, comes with a 30ml bottle of eliquid, you choose the flavour and nicotine strength and carry case, the cartomizers are rebuildable, so when the heating element fades you can switch it for another one, the kit has 5 extra heating heads with it making it fantastic value.
