The descriptions and images of the Products on our website are for explanatory purposes only, we attempt to make them as accurate as possible but are not responsible for minor differences. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the website at any time and we shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Products from the website or for refusing to process an order.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read the Privacy Policy before you order, as it includes important terms which apply to you.

AGE OF CONSENT

You may only purchase Products from our site if you 18 years old or over. You will be asked to declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the Products when placing an order and we may carry out independent verification to check your age and if we discover that you are not legally entitled to order the Products, we shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice. If you falsely declare your age to us you shall be held responsible for all costs, expenses, losses, damage fines and other penalties that we may suffer or incur as a consequence of your false statement.

HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

 After you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details, description and price of the Product, acknowledgement that we have accepted your order and the status of your order.

 If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS

We amend these Terms from time to time. Please look at the top of this page to see when these Terms were last updated, and which Terms were changed.

Every time you order Products from us, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the Contract between you and us.

We may revise these Terms as they apply to your order from time to time for reasons including but not limited to changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

 

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT

PRICE OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY CHARGES

The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

GUIDELINE FOR USE OF THE PRODUCTS

You agree that you will read and comply with any instructions and product warnings on the Products.

You acknowledge that we make no claims that an electronic cigarette will cure a smoker's addiction to nicotine

You acknowledge that we are not a pharmaceutical company and do not produce medical products.

You also acknowledge that:
the Products may be hazardous to health and are intended for use by adult smokers;
the Products must be kept out of reach of children;
the Products are not suitable for use by persons who are under the age of 18; pregnant or breastfeeding women; persons who are sensitive or allergic to nicotine; and should be used with caution by persons with or at a risk of an unstable heart condition or high blood pressure.

 

CARDHOLDERS RESPONSIBILITY AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION

The cardholder shall remain responsible for notifying their issuing bank with any changes in details or fraudulent/not normal activities on their account. SimplyEliquid takes no responsibility regarding any fraudulent activity on any customers cards/accounts used on this website. We have taken all necessary steps regarding upholding PCI DSS compliance and remain objective in the case of cardholders bearing their own responsibility regarding jurisdiction laws. Customers must be over the minimum legal age required to smoke as per their own jurisdiction.  Currently 18+ in the UK.  

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

All orders received upto 3pm on a working day are shipped same day via Royal Mail 1st Class post (Tracked where the value of the order is over £45) please note that normally Royal Mail deliver the next day however at times of high demand (such as Christmas) their delivery times may vary.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail 1st Class Post. For International Orders we also use Royal Mail who in turn hand over the order to the local postal service, Delivery times for International Orders are longer than UK Domestic, please allow up to 10 working days for International Deliveries.

Charges are as follows:

UK DOMESTIC

For all orders up to £29.99 its £3.49

Orders Over £30 are FREE.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders are charged at £9.99 for postage, irrespective of order value.

Please note the above charges are correct as of 1st December 2020.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Returning goods

Customers are entitled to a refund for the following reasons

 

  1. “Change of mind”, we accept returns when a customer has changed their mind, within 30 days of purchase, where the product is in it’s original packaging, unopened and unused. We refuse to refund opened bottles of eliquid due to Health and Safety considerations:

Faulty goods, where the product is found to be faulty upon arrival the customer can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, please complete this form here. If the product is found to be faulty after 30 days and up to 6 months from the purchase date we reserve the right to exchange the item/and or refund in full.

Who pays for the cost of returning goods?

 

1. If the customer has changed their mind, the cost of returning the order is paid for by the customer, we strongly advise that the customers pays for a Tracked service, we are not responsible for any items lost/damaged in return transit, typically a refund is processed within 3 days of it being received, we will notify you that the item has been received and refund processed by email.

 

2. If the goods are faulty on arrival, please contact us on 0800 009 6952, 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday or by email on info@simplyeliquid.co.uk as soon as possible, if we need the product returned we will post out a “prepaid returns envelope” and ask that you post it back to us. Occasionally we may not require the order returning and simply post out a replacement.

 

3.  If the goods are found to be faulty after 30 days but before 6 months of date of purchase we may require the customer to prove that the goods where faulty upon arrival.
