OXVA ONEO replacement pods provide a convenient way to restore the flavour and vapour performance of your ONEO device. Each cartridge contains an integrated mesh coil, which means that there are no separate coil heads to remove, install or prime manually.

ONEO Pro compatibility note: The cartridges fit both ONEO devices, but the removable top covers used by the original ONEO and ONEO Pro are not interchangeable. Continue using the top cover supplied with your particular device.
Not compatible with Xlim devices: ONEO cartridges do not fit the OXVA Xlim, NeXlim, Oneo Mini or other unrelated OXVA pod systems. Check your device name carefully before ordering.
How to Fill an OXVA ONEO Pod
- Remove the magnetic top cover from your ONEO device and take the cartridge out of the battery section.
- Locate the silicone filling stopper on the side of the pod and lift it carefully.
- Insert the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle into the filling opening. Avoid adding liquid to the central airflow chimney.
- Fill the cartridge without completely filling the small air space at the top.
- Close the silicone stopper firmly and wipe away any e-liquid from the outside of the pod.
- Return the cartridge to the device and replace the top cover.
- When using a new cartridge, wait five to ten minutes before vaping so the wick can absorb the e-liquid fully.
Allowing a newly filled pod to rest before use helps prevent the dry cotton surrounding the coil from scorching during the first puff.
What E-Liquid Should I Use in OXVA ONEO Pods?
0.8-Ohm Pod
The 0.8-ohm cartridge is an excellent match for balanced 50/50 nic salts and other pod-friendly e-liquids. Its lower power range provides a smooth and controlled MTL vape.
0.6-Ohm Pod
The 0.6-ohm option works well with lower-strength nic salts or freebase liquids when you want greater warmth and vapour production.

A 50/50 VG/PG blend is the safest all-round option for reliable wicking. Avoid excessively thick high-VG liquids, particularly when using the pod at a lower power setting.
How Airflow Changes the ONEO Vaping Experience
The OXVA ONEO device has an adjustable airflow control that allows you to fine-tune the amount of air passing through the pod. This works alongside the selected resistance to determine how tight, warm and vapour-rich each puff feels.
More Restricted Airflow
Closing the airflow creates a tighter draw and concentrates the vapour. This setting usually works best with the 0.8-ohm pod and mouth-to-lung inhaling.
More Open Airflow
Opening the airflow cools the coil and allows a larger inhale. This setting is better suited to the 0.4- and 0.6-ohm pods when using an RDL or DTL-style draw.
If the vapour feels too hot, open the airflow slightly. If the draw feels too loose or the flavour seems diluted, reduce the airflow in small increments.

How Long Does an OXVA ONEO Pod Last?
Pod lifespan varies according to your resistance, wattage, e-liquid and daily vaping habits. Heavily sweetened e-liquids tend to form residue on the mesh more quickly, while frequent long puffs place greater demand on the wick.
It may be time to replace your cartridge when you notice:
- A burnt, dry or stale taste that remains after refilling
