Innokin EZ Watt Starter Vape Kit

If you’re a fan of the mouth-to-lung vaping style, you probably find yourself feeling disappointed fairly consistently when you look at the latest vape kits and other vaping equipment. Vaping product manufacturers, unfortunately, do seem to spend most of their R&D resources on products designed for direct-to-lung inhaling, which means that mouth-to-lung aficionados often end up feeling left out in the cold. Here, at last, is an advanced vaping device that brings some top-of-the-line features to the table to enhance your mouth-to-lung vaping experience. The Innokin EZ Watt is likely to be the last vaping device that you’ll need for a long time.

The Innokin EZ Watt is a box mod-style device with a built-in 1,500 mAh battery and a maximum power output of 35 watts. Switching between power levels is simplicity itself; when you press the adjustment button, the device cycles between six available power settings, with the LED indicator changing colour to indicate the current power level.

The Innokin EZ Watt includes Innokin’s best mouth-to-lung tank yet. The tank’s gently curved drip tip fits comfortably in the mouth, and it helps the tank to create the cigarette-like air resistance that you want. Featuring Innokin’s powerful PRISM coil, this tank produces some seriously impressive clouds.

Included tank uses Innokin T20S coils.

Innokin EZ.WATT Guide

Simple Adjustable Power Without Complicated Menus

The Innokin EZ.WATT sits between a basic fixed-output vape pen and a more complicated variable-wattage mod. Instead of making you navigate menus or adjust power one watt at a time, it offers three preset power ranges selected with a button and identified by the device's LED indicator.

Paired with the 2ml Prism T20S tank, the EZ.WATT is particularly well suited to mouth-to-lung vaping. The kit includes two Prism S coil resistances, allowing you to choose between a cooler, lower-powered vape and a slightly warmer option with greater vapour production.

1500mAh Built-In Battery

The integrated 1500mAh battery offers considerably more capacity than many compact vape pens while keeping the device small enough for everyday use. Charging is handled through the Micro USB connection.

Three Power Ranges

The EZ.WATT operates between 13W and 35W using three preset power levels. For the supplied Prism S coils, you'll mainly use the lower two settings rather than the full 35W output.

2ml Prism T20S Tank

The included T20S is a straightforward MTL tank with top filling and replaceable Prism S coils. Its fixed airflow provides the tighter draw associated with mouth-to-lung vaping.

Standard 510 Connection

The EZ.WATT uses a conventional 510 tank connection. That means the battery isn't permanently tied to the supplied T20S tank and can also support other suitable 510 tanks within the device's operating limits.

Which EZ.WATT Setting Should You Use?

The correct power depends on the coil fitted to your tank. The two Prism S coils supplied with the EZ.WATT have quite different recommended wattage ranges.

Coil Recommended Wattage Experience Best Choice If You Prefer
Prism S 1.5Ω 13-14W Cooler MTL vape A gentle draw, modest vapour and lower battery consumption
Prism S 0.8Ω 16-18W Warmer MTL vape More warmth, stronger flavour and slightly more vapour
Important: Although the EZ.WATT device can operate at up to 35W, neither of the supplied Prism S coils is designed for 30-35W. Use the 1.5Ω coil at 13-14W and the 0.8Ω coil at 16-18W. The device's higher output range is for a suitable separately purchased 510 tank and coil rated for that power.

0.8Ω vs 1.5Ω Prism S Coils

0.8Ω: Warmer and More Powerful

The pre-installed 0.8Ω Prism S coil operates at 16-18W. It gives the EZ.WATT a somewhat warmer and fuller vape while retaining the mouth-to-lung character of the T20S tank.

1.5Ω: Cooler and Gentler

The spare 1.5Ω coil works at 13-14W and produces cooler vapour with lower power consumption. Choose this option if you prefer a restrained, traditional MTL experience.

Both resistances are available separately when it's time to replace your coil. You can find them on our Innokin Prism S Replacement Coils page.

What E-Liquid Is Best for the Innokin EZ.WATT?

With the supplied Prism T20S tank, a 50VG/50PG e-liquid is a dependable choice. This viscosity wicks efficiently through both Prism S coil options and is well suited to the EZ.WATT's relatively modest power output.

Nicotine Salts

Nic salts are a natural fit for the EZ.WATT's MTL setup. The relatively low wattages and moderate vapour output allow you to use the nicotine strengths typically associated with small mouth-to-lung devices.

50/50 Freebase E-Liquid

Traditional freebase vape juice also works well. A balanced 50/50 blend provides reliable wicking while allowing you to choose the flavour and nicotine strength that suits you.

Thick high-VG shortfills are generally intended for larger sub-ohm tanks operating at substantially higher power, so they aren't the natural match for the supplied T20S tank.

How to Use the Innokin EZ.WATT

1. Fill the T20S Tank

Unscrew the tank's top cap and add e-liquid through the filling area at the side, avoiding the central airflow chimney. Replace the cap securely when you've finished.

2. Let a New Coil Soak

If you're using a fresh coil, leave the filled tank standing for several minutes before vaping. This gives the wick time to become thoroughly saturated.

3. Select the Correct Power

Choose a power setting appropriate for the Prism S coil you've installed. Use 13-14W with the 1.5Ω coil or 16-18W with the 0.8Ω version.

4. Press the Fire Button to Vape

Once the tank is filled, the coil is primed and the correct power setting is selected, hold the main button while taking a slow mouth-to-lung puff.

Is the Innokin EZ.WATT Good for Beginners?

The EZ.WATT was designed to make adjustable power easier to understand. There is no screen or complicated menu system to learn, and the preset output levels remove much of the guesswork associated with a conventional variable-wattage mod.

The T20S tank is similarly straightforward. It holds 2ml of e-liquid, fills from the top and uses push-fit replacement coils. The included 0.8Ω and 1.5Ω options also give new users a chance to discover whether they prefer a warmer or cooler MTL vape without needing to buy another tank.

Who Is the EZ.WATT Best For?

The Innokin EZ.WATT is particularly well suited to vapers who want more control than a basic fixed-output vape pen provides but don't want the screens, menus and extensive settings found on larger vape mods.

It's also a useful choice for traditional MTL vapers who prefer refillable tanks and replaceable coils rather than closed or fixed-coil pods. The 510 connection gives the device some additional flexibility if you decide to try another compatible tank later.

For very high-powered direct-to-lung vaping and large cloud production, a more powerful mod kit would be a better choice. The EZ.WATT's main strengths are simplicity, portability and lower-powered vaping.

Yes. With the T20S tank, 50/50 nic salt e-liquids are well suited to the low-wattage Prism S coil system.

Can I put another tank on the Innokin EZ.WATT?

Yes. The device uses a standard 510 connection and supports coils down to 0.2Ω according to Innokin. Any alternative tank should be physically suitable for the device and used only with a coil whose recommended wattage falls within the EZ.WATT's 13-35W output range.
